Prices are intended for 2 people and refer to maximum indicative prices. Always ask us for an offer for the period of your interest and for your family group.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in: from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm (or customized by phone appointment).
Check-out: by 10:00 am

Booking Conditions

  • Deposit: 30% of the total stay cost via bank transfer.
  • Cancellation: if made at least 14 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded.
    Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the full loss of the paid deposit.

Early Departure

Reservations during high season are considered valid and binding for the entire booked period.
Early departures are a significant loss for us, as we do not have the time to rebook the room.
Therefore, in case of early departure, we will have to charge you for the entire booked stay.

Pets

Pets are allowed by prior agreement. In the agriturismo, pets must be kept on a leash. Owners are required to pick up their pets' waste with the appropriate scoop and ensure they do not disturb other guests. Any damage caused to third parties or to the property by pets is the full responsibility of the owner.

Payment Methods

Checks, cash, debit, or credit cards.

Included Services

Heating, water, electricity, gas, bath linen set, bed linen set, final cleaning. On the seventh day of stay, a full linen change is provided for guests to replace themselves.

Excluded Services

Daily tidying and cleaning upon request €10.00 per room per day, weekly cleaning upon request €20.00 per room.

Booking Conditions

Thank you for choosing us, you are WELCOME! Since we want our guests to enjoy a wonderful holiday, please:

  • Respect the spaces where you are hosted.
  • We are required to change linen weekly. Please use the linen (sheets, towels, etc.) only if necessary, in respect of the environment and energy savings.
  • Bathroom towels must not be used for sunbathing.
  • Do not flush cotton or sanitary products down the toilet.
  • Avoid making noise that could disturb other guests.
  • If you want to invite friends, the owner must be informed.
  • Vacate your accommodation by 10:00 am.
  • Do not leave lights or air conditioning on when you are out.
  • Do not leave valuables unattended in the accommodation.
  • Inform us of any food allergies or intolerances.
  • We would be happy to host you again and appreciate if you recommend us to your friends.
